Gene Rice is President and Co-Owner of Wealth Preservation Advisors based in Chattanooga,Tennessee. Gene entered the financial services industry in 1997 with Morgan Stanley and held a variety of roles over his 18 year career with the firm. Gene started as a Financial Advisor, and was then promoted to Branch Manager and Director of the Wealth Advisor group. Gene’s latest role with Morgan Stanley was Regional Sales Director over nine states and 100 branches. In 2014 Gene left Morgan Stanley to join Wealth Preservation Advisors. Gene has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Gene is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and holds financial securities licenses: series 3,7,9,10,23,31,63,65 as well as life and health insurance licenses. A resident of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, Gene is married to Carrie and has three children, Haley, Tyler, and Patrick.
